Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into an athletic family. Her father competed in bodybuilding and her brothers played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha received her professional license after winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she began competing she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed 9th. In 2015 she held onto the 9th position. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha was steady improvement since, won her very debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She placed 4th. The "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
